Our story
Steps from the surf, since 2015
Rock the Guac is a counter-serve Tex-Mex kitchen on N Atlantic Ave in Cocoa Beach — a block of beach town where the sand is close enough that half the room still has it on their feet.
Cocoa Beach Tex-Mex That Makes Every Bite a Beachside Fiesta
Everything is made here, and made when you ask for it
The guacamole is smashed by hand. Tacos, burritos and bowls are built in front of you: your proteins, your toppings, your sauce. Nothing sits under a lamp waiting to be somebody's lunch, which is the reason the queue moves the way it does and the reason people tell us their order got better the third time they came.
Around twenty sauces, and a scale that is genuinely a scale
The lineup runs from wimpy to WOWOWOW, which is our own name for the range and an honest one. Most people find their zone somewhere in the middle and then creep up over a summer. Ask for a taste first; nobody here minds.
A beach kitchen that also feeds a party
The same kitchen caters, for anything from ten people to two hundred: customizable spreads, build-your-own bars, party platters that survive the drive. Office lunches, beachside gatherings, family celebrations. It is the same food, in bigger trays.
We have been on this block since 2015, a few doors from Ron Jon and next to the smoothie shop. Come hungry.
