The guacamole is smashed by hand. Tacos, burritos and bowls are built in front of you: your proteins, your toppings, your sauce.
Around twenty sauces, and a scale that is genuinely a scale
The lineup runs from wimpy to WOWOWOW, which is our own name for the range and an honest one. Pick your heat when you order — the whole runway is open.
A beach kitchen that also feeds a party
The same kitchen caters, for anything from ten people to two hundred: customizable spreads, build-your-own bars, party platters that survive the drive. Office lunches, beachside gatherings, family celebrations. It is the same food, in bigger trays.
